3D tracks, wheel support


I buffed the muscle car. It now gains twice as much nitro while drifting.

Main Menu now has track thumbnails and a new short intro track. Still working on the tutorial.

There's a new settings menu with more options.

I also updated the tracks to use 3d meshes and splines. Performance should actually be better now though, as each road is is made up of segments that have LOD controllers on them. I had to bump the version though, which invalidates the Desert Speedway times. I tried to remake it as best I could in the new spline system, but it's not 100% identical. My author times have all been updated on the tracks that changed.

I also added racing wheel support, as my friend kindly let me borrow his hardware to test the input bindings. There's no force feedback (might add it later) but most racing wheels that have force feedback should have an option to automatically apply centering force in games that don't send FFB data.
